25 Bedford Row links to the Asian Pro Bono Consortium 2016

In accordance with our policy of  contributing to the development of third world criminal justice systems: 25 Bedford Row are delighted to announce that joint head of chambers, Jeremy Dein QC will be attending this August’s  Asian Consortium Pro Bono Consortium in Bali  Indonesia. This large scale event, co-organised by Babseacle, aims to achieve sustainable development goals and to provide delegates with deeper regional perspective on pro bono practice. Jeremy Dein  has been invited to co-chair the conference case management workshop. He will be joined  at the conference by  25 Bedford Row  door tenants Professors Luke Marsh  and Michael Ramsden ( Chinese University of Hong Kong ) and Kris Gledhill  (University of Auckland, New Zealand). Their  conference  presentation is on the theme of pro bono actions or clinical action programmes with a view to accentuating access to justice.25 Bedford Row regards its links with less developed jurisdictions as vital.
