Alex di Francesco successful in Administrative Court

Alex Di Francesco, instructed by Paul Mason of Lewis Nedas Solicitors, has successfully argued a contested certificate of inadequacy application before Mr Justice Mostyn. The outstanding balance of the confiscation order was £1,354,126.30, which included hidden assets the Defendant was unable to particularise.
