Abimbola Johnson secures acquittal at Harrow Crown Court

After a 2.5 week trial at the Harrow Crown Court, Abimbola Johnson, instructed by Edward Fail Bradshaw and Waterson, represented a defendant who was acquitted of violent disorder and affray. The case involving four defendants arose out of an incident on Finchley Road in which the first defendant was alleged to have stabbed the third defendant and to have been stabbed by Ms Johnson's client. All parties asserted self-defence and defence of others. The first and second defendant were convicted of violent disorder. Ms Johnson's client and the third defendant were unanimously acquitted.
