Acquitted of Kidnap, False Imprisonment and Blackmail

Michael Neofytou (instructed by Anne-Marie Geraghty of Blackfords) successfully submitted that there was no case for his eighteen year-old client to answer following five weeks of prosecution evidence in a  seven-handed conspiracy.

In allowing the submission HHJ Karu paid tribute to the way in which the case was handled by counsel.
