AWLA & 25 Bedford Row host seminar on career progression

The seven African Caribbean women members of 25 Bedford Row, in association with the AWLA, recently proudly hosted an inspirational event. Held at Middle Temple, it addressed career progression in the law at all levels for women of African Caribbean origin. With special thanks to our galaxy of speakers, Chair of the AWLA Caroline Newman, Dame Linda Dobbs, Joan Mitchell, Sandra Paul, Susan Belgrave and to Simon Pentol, member of the Advisory Panel to the AWLA.. The seven are; Helen Valley, Emma Akuwudike, Melanie Simpson,Laurie Anne Power,Sheryl Nwosu, Abimbola Johnson and Vida Simpeh.
