Discharge of European Arrest Warrant (Republic of Latvia)

Duncan Jones represented the requested person whose warrant was discharged on the basis that extradition would breach their Article 8 rights. There were parallel issues in relation to Article 3 and Latvian prison conditions (also being litigated elsewhere) that were not ruled upon.
