Symposium On The Investigatory Powers Bill – Global Voices at the Womad Festival Sunday 31st July 2016, Global Voices is dedicated to the theme of political activism and standing up and being counted. Arlette  Piercy will host an open symposium and panel discussion on the Investigatory Powers Bill and its implications for personal privacy and human rights in the digital age. Arlette will be joined on the panel by Angela Patrick, Head of Human Rights Policy at Justice.org.uk and Duncan Campbell, the investigative journalist from The New Statesman.
