Michael Neofytou secures not guilty in Operation Hotel

Michael Neofytou represented Paul Hammond, a 43 year old businessman who was accused of money laundering in a £1m ‘Ponzi' scheme. The scheme was operated by his father, a former Leicestershire dentist who lured investors into a non-existent property investment scheme. Michael was instructed on behalf of DAS insurers by Hamraj Kang and Dean Phillips of Kangs solicitors.
