Michael Neofytou secures not guilty verdict in murder trial

Michael Neofytou who represented the first defendant secured a Not Guilty verdict in Operation Nacton, a gang land revenge shooting.
The case involved a cut-throat between Michael’s client, Alex Simos, and two others, both of whom were convicted of murder. Michael, who represented the first defendant of good character, was the only junior to make a closing speech for those indicted with murder, all others being represented by QC and junior.
