Paul Mendelle QC & Arlette Piercy secure acquittal in murder trial at Central Criminal Court

Paul Mendelle QC and Arlette Piercy, instructed by Kalber Struckley solicitors, secure acquittal in murder trial at the Central Criminal Court. Following a fatal stabbing in Selhurst Park on Halloween last year, the Defendant was charged alongside three others with murder and wounding with intent. It was alleged that he had furthered the joint enterprise by acting as the driver for two of his co-accused and one person unknown. After a five-week trial at the Central Criminal Court, the Defendant was acquitted of all charges. Two others were convicted and await sentence. For more details, click here.
