Peter Doyle QC secures murder acquittal

Peter Doyle QC  (instructed by Hussein Solicitors) secures not guilty murder and manslaughter verdicts. The defendant armed himself with a knife in a violent altercation with his employer at home. The deceased suffered a stab wound to the heart. The issue was whether, as alleged by the prosecution and favoured by its pathologist he stabbed the deceased deliberately or whether it was a case of accidental impalement in a struggle.
