Peter Doyle QC, instructed by Aileen Colhoun of Hickman & Rose, successfully represents defendant charged with wounding with intent - applying the principles of the recent Supreme Court decision of R v Jogee. It was submitted that there was no evidence of a joint enterprise attack, or none that could safely be left to the jury. Case study attached.
