Peter Doyle QC secures acquittal - joint enterprise case study

Peter Doyle QC, instructed by Aileen Colhoun of Hickman & Rose, successfully represents defendant charged with wounding with intent - applying the principles of the recent Supreme Court decision of R v Jogee.
