Stockwell bus stabbing - Acquitted at the Central Criminal Court

Helen Valley and Priya Malhotra (instructed by Phil Smith of Tuckers) represented an eighteen year-old defendant who was acquitted of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm, conspiracy to cause violent disorder and violent disorder.

The multi-handed case arose from a fatal stabbing in February 2014 in which the deceased had crashed his car into a bus whilst attempting to leave the scene.
