Chambers congratulates Sushil Kumar on his appointment as a fee-paid judge in the First-tier Tribunal,  to sit in the Health, Education and Social Care chamber. The appointment, made by the senior President of Tribunals (Sir Ernest Ryder) follows a testing selection process and we take this opportunity to wish Sushil every success.
