Adithi began her First Six Pupillage in October 2024 under the supervision of James Gray.

Before commencing pupillage, Adithi undertook a traineeship with defence team in the matter of The Prosecutor v Al Hassan at the International Criminal Court in the Hague. She worked on preparations for sentencing and appeal, primarily on the issue of evidence obtained by torture. 

Adithi has experience in casework, strategic litigation, and research. She worked as a legal caseworker at the trade union, United Voices of the World, where she represented predominantly low-paid and precarious migrant workers at the Employment tribunal. Prior to this, she also worked as a legal assistant at the Arizona Capital Representation Project, assisting with post-conviction death penalty appeals.

During her legal studies, Adithi volunteered with several pro-bono organisations, including Southall Black Sisters and the Refugee Law Clinic. She spent a year as Senior Director of the School Exclusion Project, managing the project and representing the families of permanently excluded children in Governors' Disciplinary Committee and Independent Review Panel hearings.
