25 Bedford Row and the Youth Practitioners’ Association are delighted to co-host a webinar providing a general update and overview of some of the legal issues that commonly arise in youth cases. This will include what to consider at the police station when dealing with children and young people, applying for a Certificate for Assigned Advocate in the Youth Court and a general recap of the mechanisms available to assist children and young people in the Crown Court, in particular looking at special measures.
